Claims Handler - Salary: Negotiable

Following expansion and the restructure of our claims department we have a vacancy for an experienced claims handler. Although you will be handling predominantly motor and household claims, experience in handling claims from other personal lines products would be advantageous.

You will liase and negotiate with all relevant parties and be used to working under pressure to satisfy high service levels. This job requires self motivation and organisational ability, coupled with strong communication skills.

Customer Service Advisor - Salary: Negotiable

Due to the growth of the business, we are currently seeking additional members of staff to join the team. We are looking to employ experienced Customer Services Advisors with a minimum of 2 years knowledge in the Personal Lines Insurance Area. The successful candidate will be self motivated, customer focused, able to work to deadlines and have good communication skills.

Dealing with customers via the telephone, the role will be varied, including all office administration.

Account Executive - Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our expanding commercial team.

The successful applicant will look to develop and manage a book of commercial and personal lines clients. You will operate in a team environment with back office support from experienced handlers.

We welcome applications from Account Executives with a significant level of experience in a client facing role within commercial insurance. This role would suit a forward-thinking person with the ability to develop a book of business whilst maintaining high professional standards. Excellent communication skills are required and knowledge of Open GI would be advantageous.
