Exciting product re-launches

We unveiled our exciting product re-launches at show

We took the opportunity to unveil our new and improved offer for 2020 to thousands of visitors at the weekend’s NEC Classic Motor Show with Discovery.

Our team announced exciting details of significant product re-launches which are set to hit the market early next year on our stand, which featured within the FBHVC’s ‘Federation Village’ area.

From 2020 our Multi-Vehicle policy will cover a wider range of vehicle types than ever before – and offer even better rates.

Through the ‘Classic+ Multi-Vehicle’ product, customers insuring one classic vehicle (car or bike) will be able to add any other vehicle, including extra classic car, classic bike, PLUS modern car, modern bike, commercial vehicle and more. All this with one set of documents, one renewal date and great rates for all vehicles – a just reward for careful classics owners. Minimum premiums will apply.

January will also see the re-launch of our market-leading Classic Vehicle Insurance to include dramatically-improved rates for vehicles aged between 20-40 years.

This new and improved ‘Classic Twenty Forty’ product will offer comprehensive cover, at extremely competitive rates – whatever the age of the classic.

Our very own Garry Carlin explained: “At last year’s Classic Motor Show we took the opportunity to speak to lots of people at the very heart of the classic vehicle movement to find out exactly what they would like to see when it comes to insurance for their classics.

“We’ve really taken that feedback on board and are extremely excited to be re-launching these new and improved products for 2020, which we feel meet the demand. There was a great deal of interest from visitors at the show and the response was very positive.”

This year we teamed-up with the FBHVC for the show, to feature in its Federation Village at the entrance to Hall 5, alongside fellow FBHVC partners Duckhams, King Dick Tools, Cambridge & Counties Bank and Glasurit.

The eye-catching area, complete with ‘grass’ and picket fencing, showcased an eclectic mix of unique vehicles, including a 1912 Baker Electric, a 1974 Zagato Zele city car and, taking centre-stage, a Midland Red double-decker Leyland Titan bus.
