  1. This promotion is offered by Peter James Insurance (“the Promoter”)
  2. These terms and conditions apply to the £15 discount (“Offer”) provided by Peter James Insurance to eligible customers who obtained a quote but didn’t purchase a policy or who previously held a policy with us but did not renew. Peter James Insurance is a trading name of Kingfisher Insurance Services Limited, registered in England No 01469545 and whose registered office is First Floor, 2 Parklands, Parklands Business Park, Rubery, United Kingdom, B45 9PZ. Kingfisher Insurance Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) No 310218.
  3. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is required to redeem the offer. By claiming the £15 discount, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any other instructions or terms, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  5. The offer is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter or companies in the same group. By claiming the offer, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
  6. To redeem the offer, eligible customers must follow the instructions provided in the email sent by the Promoter. The £15 discount will only be applied upon completion of the above criteria.
  7. The offer will be valid for 30 days from the date when the email was sent.
  8. The Promoter’s decision regarding customer eligibility and the application of the offer is final.
  9. The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
  10. Peter James Insurance reserves the right, at their discretion, to:
  1. Amend these terms and conditions; and
  2. Withdraw or deny the offer to any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who is found to have acted fraudulently; and
  3. Suspend or cancel the offer at any time if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside the Promoter’s control; and
  4. Substitute the offer or amend its value if it becomes unavailable, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
  1. By redeeming the offer, you consent to your personal data being used for the purpose of administering the offer, including contacting you regarding eligibility or the application of the discount.
  2. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be modified only to the minimum extent required to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
  3. This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
