The Mk1 Golf Owners Club are dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Mk1 Golfs – covering all models from 1.1 through to 1.8 GTis, as well as modified examples.
Formed in 2002, the club has now become one of the most respected international forums that specialize on the iconic ‘hot hatch’.
Peter James Insurance has a new and innovative club proposition, that provides discounts and tailored cover to club members, and enables clubs to attract new members and secure the future of the classic vehicle movement. Our club partnership with Mk1 Golf Owners Club will also provide ongoing financial support– including sponsorship of the trophies at their annual gathering.
The Mk1 Golf Owners Club aims to offer quality and accurate information that will help both owners and prospective purchases, and run an annual gathering – complete with a show and shine competition, camping and car driving!
