XK celebration brings Coffee and Cars season to a close

22 October 2026

The Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club’s 2026 Coffee & Cars programme concluded on Sunday 4 October with an XK-themed gathering at Bla Bla Café in Weybridge, organised in partnership with Jaguar specialists MPM Limited. Situated close to Brooklands Museum, the venue provided a fitting location for the final date in this year’s series.

Peter James Insurance are proud partners of the world’s largest Jaguar community helping them deliver an insurance scheme for all Jaguar, Daimler and SS owners that truly reflects how the members enjoy their cars. Like all our club schemes, the benefits and features are designed by the members for the Club to ensure a bespoke offering. This is reflected in the name “Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club Insurance” which gives customers the reassurance that it is the Club at the helm of deciding what product features we offer and that they are all truly focused on enabling members to enjoy club activities with ultimate peace of mind.

The event was conceived to celebrate the modern XK’s 30th anniversary, following a conversation between MPM’s Marc Mulcahy and the JEC team at Gaydon last summer. With MPM specialising in the XK, the partnership brought a shared enthusiasm for these grand tourers to the heart of the gathering.

An exclusive opening of Bla Bla Café was arranged for the occasion, with breakfast, coffee and space to meet fellow owners. The emphasis was on the simple pleasures behind Coffee & Cars: an excuse to take the Jaguar out, meet other enthusiasts and share an interest in the cars we enjoy.

The programme also offered access to specialist advice from Steve and Sean of SPM Motorworks, while a specially arranged admission discount gave JEC members the opportunity to extend their visit at neighbouring Brooklands Museum.

General Manager of the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club, James Blackwell, said, “Our thanks go to Marc and MPM Limited, the Bla Bla Café team and everyone who supported the gathering, as well as the members, hosts and volunteers who have helped bring the Coffee & Cars series together throughout the year.”
