We can arrange cover for buildings and/or contents insurance, take a look at some of the policy benefits for each below.*
Buildings Insurance
Our buildings insurance includes comprehensive cover against a wide range of risks including; fire, explosion, lightning, earthquake, smoke, storm, flood, theft and vandalism. It also includes:
- Water Damage – includes cover for tracing and accessing leaks and damage caused to the structure of your home by escape of water
- Alternative Accommodation – if your home can’t be lived in due to a claimable incident
- Key Cover – for stolen or lost keys
- Accidental Damage option – cover for unexpected and unintended damage
Contents Insurance
Our contents insurance also includes comprehensive cover against a wide range of risks including; fire, explosion, lightning, earthquake, smoke, storm, flood, theft and vandalism, and the policy includes cover for:
- Motor vehicle parts, spares and memorabilia up to a combined total of £10,000 per claim
- Children’s possessions – student possessions whilst at university
- Business equipment
- Accidental Damage option – cover for unexpected and unintended damage
- Bicycles
- Personal money and credit cards
- Key Cover – for stolen or lost keys
There is also the option to include legal cover, home emergency cover, and Keycare (a service that uses unique identifiers to quickly reunite you with your lost keys – they are sometimes even found before the key owner has reported them missing!) on your policy.
